Cancellation Policy
If client cancels contracted event due to death of (future) spouse a 50% refund of retainer will be offered when given at least three months notice. If client decides to cancel contracted event due to death of an immediate family member or natural disaster/legally restricting occurrence (i.e. Covid-19) the retainer or a portion of the retainer will be refunded based on the timeframe prior to the event date. I.E. 100% refund for 9+ months notice, 75% refund for 6+ months notice, 50% refund for 3+ months notice. Any other reason to cancel contracted event or a notice under timeframes specified above would result in a 0% refund of retainer.
Rebooking Policy
If client decides to re book their event due to any reason their retainer or a portion of their retainer may be applied to another dates retainer along with a rebooking courtesy fee. As long as the vendor has the new date available. I.E. 100% applied for 9+ months, 75% for 6+ months, and 50% applied for 3+ months. There is a potential to pay maximum re booking courtesy fee of $200 for less than 3 months notice. If client is re booking their event due to loss of immediate family member or natural disaster/legally restricting occurrence (i.e. Covid-19) then client will be offered a re booking, free of charge, that is within the same calendar year (or following calendar year, excluding Saturdays in spring, summer, and fall) and available to the vendors schedule of bookings. If client wants to book the following calendar year on a Saturday in the spring, summer, or fall there will be a $200 re booking courtesy fee. If date is not available and/or there is no mutual agreement of a new date between parties then the cancellation policy will be implemented.
